Ok, Im in. Last year I came down but without one of my cars. Too many project cars. Im in the middle of throwing a motor & tranny in my orange car I sold.

I will be bringing my Silver Project. Lots & lots & lots of work, but dammit Im gonna bring it.

I need to order my rods, send turbo out to get re-worked and get a external wastegate. Oh yea, and a shit ton of assembly to do motor and car. Probably look for another R154 since I wont get my powerglide done in time. No job = no mad money = this SUCKS !!! :3d_frown:

Here is a pic of my car currently. Been in my garage for 3 years since paint work. All interior, wiring and glass needs put back before I can even think about drivetrain. So anyone who uses the excuse I have too much to do to make it, look at what I have to do in three months. :icon_bigg:icon_bigg

At the moment, I have six supras in my yard and I still plan on bringing one of them up in May. Vonda is going to apply for her time off for that friday. Hopefully she gets it so we can leave early that morning.

This is very easy. Get to Chicago and tell them you're on a mission and anything south of Chicago is too dangerous for them.
Explain that you'll be surrounded by lots of LOUD bangs, backfires and toxic smelling fumes and it's unsafe.
Put them in a hotel room full of their favorite food, your kids favorite toys and your wifes favorite magazine.
Tell them you'll be back in 2 days. They'll never notice you were gone.

LOL. This is a good plan. She has a sister there so convincing her to go is no problem. It's going in the supra with the kids though that will discourage her. I can't roll up to the meet in a Mazda 5. It jusn't wouldn't feel right.

Now if I was a baller like Jay, I'd tow the supra there. But, I'm not! :3d_frown:
