Tracy, With running a basically 50% Planned Attendance every year,
I sometimes completely understand and feel the same way.

Sure, it's easy to say getting more people involved with vendors/sponsorship will help,
but will it be worth the gamble and troubles in the end when 20 out of the original 60 Supra's actually show?

Don't get me wrong, I can't complain about 20 Supra's showing... it's a hell of a time, regardless of what we do -
But once you put sponsors and vendors on the line, and we have a lesser turnout than expected,
that just creates more disappointment, giving up bigger hopes.

Chris, having a successful local meet for all car communities is 90% dependent upon the work put on behind the scenes...
Because if word gets around, everyone will show = Success.
Our problem with the Supra community? We lack the consistency for attendance simply because, well, there's not many of us.

I'm still going all out for 2K10 in striving for a change and that extra special something, but I think we'll keep Indy to its roots
with Winged Warrior as one of the Event Days.

Time will tell, ;)

Jeff

Yes, a camaro....it was a wedding present from my best man. no, my supra isn't running yet..

A wedding present?

I never thought something old, rusty & unusable would pass off as a wedding present these days................Only in Indiana. :biglaugh:

Congratulations. What's your last name now? ;)
Just giving you a hard time.

INDY2K10 is still in the works. I've been staying in touch with a few choice contacts that will hopefully carry on the meet to higher expectations than ever before. :)

No, he's right. Day 1 (of 2) will be attending the Winged Warrior Shootout.

So when is this going down, Jeffy boy? :p

No one with a penis dangling between their legs should call me Jeffy boy.
Please refrain from doing so. ;)

It is going down........................................ In about 5 and a half months.

Yes, plenty of time to plan. We're still ironing out the details of Winged Warrior first by establishing a date - then working off of that.

Will update here as they become available.

Merry Christmas to everyone!!!
Travelers, Drive safe, and enjoy the time spent with your families being in the Real Christmas spirit. :)
