The scary thing is that I was going to attempt the 1uz swap, was going to either figure out how to get the r154 to work or take the easy way out and go auto (supra a340 with the bellhousing of the sc400), and have a local person weld me up the mounts and get some people to help me with the wiring. Then I would move on to the single turbo mounted up front (e-fans to make more room), flip the headers and make a y-pipe with a t04 flange, a 12x24x3 with 2.5" piping all the way up to the TB and some sort of piggyback with larger injectors (move up to 440s or 550s). The thing that kept me from doing this was that damned fuel pump computer, my smaller budget and me not wanting to go standalone.
