Guys i need some help. i can usually figure stuff out by reading other posts but this one has me stumped. after i installed my SAFC 1, lexus/560cc, and AFPR, my idle has been pig rich only after i blip the gas (10.0 on wideband). even if i rev the engine and my BOV doesn't open it goes rich to the point to where the engine just dies. been chasing this for a week now. mods are as follows:

SP61GT DBB
CX Racing FMIC
Lexus AFM
Evo 8 pink top 560cc injectors (cleaned and tested by Zumtizzle)
AEM UEGO Wideband
Apexi SAFC 1
CX Racing AFPR w/J-tube bypass @ 38 psi with vacuum disconnected

Things I have checked:

CEL codes = no codes

Lexus AFM electronics = 3130 ohms @ 54 degrees

ISC valve - B1 to S1 = 17.74 ohms
B1 to S3 = 17.78 ohms
B2 to S2 = 17.70 ohms
B2 to S4 = 17.81 ohms

TPS -

between pins IDL - E2
@ .0197" = .91k ohms
@ .0354" = no continuity

@ 0" between VTA - E2 = .91k ohms
@ .0197" between IDL - E2 = .01k ohms
@ .0354" between IDL - E2 = no continuity
@ full throttle between VTA - E2 = 4.71k ohms
between VC - E2 = 6.34k ohms

O2 Sensor

between terminals 2 and 3 = 4.7 ohms (which is bad)

also did 4 boost leak tests and fixed all leaks, a leakdown test, rechecked wiring on SAFC, and checked VF.

at some point i got the VF to come back down to 1.9 but i couldn't get it back down there. the lowest it will go now is 4.4 and the highest it went to was 10.5 and it's just being inconsistent now. it sounds to me like a boost leak or vacuum leak based off of what the VF is telling me (ECU trying to richen the mixture) which would explain why it goes rich after i blip the throttle. i've tried to remove fuel using the SAFC and it fixes the idle but as soon as i blip the gas all that goes out the window. i have also tried adjusting VF using the adjustment screw on the Lexus AFM and that is how i got the VF to come back down to 1.9 but hasn't seen it since. also base fuel pressure with the vacuum line off is at 38 PSI. i have even tried adjusting fuel pressure up and down little by little while adjusting the screw and pulling/adding fuel from the SAFC to try and get VF right and it hasn't gone my way. the SAFC right now is streamlined at zero because it doesn't matter where it's set at the car will die if i blip the throttle. I am going to replace the O2 sensor tonight. could this be the root to all my problems? it just seems too easy. and the car was working fine before i installed all the parts. ive been doing research for days and cant find an answer to my problems. i may not find the answer here but a step in the right direction is all i want. and also for you SAFC guys, what are your NE points set at? thanks

Boost leak would cause you to run lean while not boosting not rich it would be unmetered air
Did you put your afm electronics in the lexus housing?

yes. i took my electronics from my 7M AFM and put them on the Lexus one.

i agree, i think it's unmetered air coming from somewhere, just not sure where. when i put the SP61GT on the car I had to build an intake for it because the stock accordion hose wouldn't stretch. the hose barbs i tapped into the intake i built were all leaking. they were fixed and the car ran fine up until these parts on. the car idles just fine until i give it gas. the engine is pig rich on deceleration even when my bov doesn't open. i know that bov's that aren't recirculated cause that condition however mine does this regardless if the bov opens or not. almost like the engine is getting flooded

i know the SAFC has deceleration air flow correction for hot-wire style mass air flow meters but from what i've found it doesn't work on Karman Vortex. is this true?

No I mean unmetered air would cause it to run lean
The reason a vented bov will cause it to run rich is because it's releasing already measured air so your ecu dumps fuel into your engine to mix with the air it measured assuming is still there

i played around with it to see if anything would happen and nothing did. i think settings are throttle 1.0, Ne1 1.5, and Ne2 2.0. do you think this would cause a problem being enabled even though it doesn't work?

Tomorrow I will deactivate it. Deactivating it is when the the throttle displays **** correct? Would be great if its something that simple
