Ideas for my fuel system: sump the tank, aditional intank pump?

Yeah, I know, its bad... Like I said before boys and girls, learn from yur big bro Jake: never EVER buy a "BUILT" car unless you KNOW 110% through pics and/or reciepts, or you helped "built" it... You could've cut 10 inches off that fuel line and it would've still reached... Instead, they twisted it around like that... Take your -8AN line and turn it into a -4AN line with those kinks in it... Im sure that and the stock intank pump are what kept me from going over 23 pounds of boost and proper fuel pressure...

Anyway, anyone want to buy a 60's looking bosche pump? lol...

Ric, they are definately nice, but I already have my pump, so Im going to work off that... Unless someone wants to buy it, lol... But I think Im just going to sump my tank...

Speaking of that, Bryan, when you get a chance PM me the pics and price you want for your sump...

And Duane, I still wanna see that surge tank you were talking about...

SD, that looks great... How many microns is that prefilter? Are you using a -10AN to the pump and an -8AN after the pump? Is your fuel return back to the top of the tank using the stock return?

I'm using a summit brand prefilter for a carbed application jake. It's got -10 inlet and outlet, 100 micron, and works great.

My second filter after the pump is a GM filter for EFI vehicles, PN F33144 in a purolator.

I know you weren't asking me, but I figured I'd give you some input.

Its a 100 micron stainless aeromotive filter before the pump. I have a -8 fitting welded to the top of the tanks as im running a -8 return. Yes it -10 from the tank to the pump and then -10 to the front where it has a Y fitting and splits to two -8 lines going into both ends of the rail.

Thanks Gixx, got a link to that prefilter...

SD, yur running a 2JZ, how big are your injectors? My previous set up was running an -8AN line to the fuel rail... Im thinking about keeping the -8 and splitting -8s to each end with a -6 return... Or should I split the -8 into two -6's with a -6 return?
