Thanks for the input Devin, The system will be filled with all r134a oil and if I am not happy with the freeze 12 then I can evacuate it and throw in r134a as they are both compatible with the PAG oil.
I would stay away from the Freeze 12 if I were you. Freeze 12 is 80% R134A anyways, and has a lot of drawbacks. There is no reason to use it if you are flushing the system and putting PAG oil in. Most people use Freeze 12 when they are too lazy to flush the mineral oil out and want to convert without using PAG. The 20% R142B is put in it to carry mineral oil. You are much better off with R12, but if you must, R134A is going to be better than Freeze12.
Also, make sure you flush the system really well. You need to pull the evaporator to flush it because you cant flush through the expansion valve, might as well put a new expansion valve in while you are at it. If your compressor seized you probably sprayed the rest of the system with debris and burn oil, might be better off replacing the condenser if its really bad or you risk not getting all the junk out.

Thanks Cyrus Ill keep that in mind. The compressor didnt completely sieze it still moves but very very slowly to the point that it burn up my serpentine belt so hopefully it wont be full of debris. Im gonna take everything apart and clean it cause ive heard that r12 orings will swell and leak with r134a in the system. So Im going to replace all of those. Just waiting to find a new compressor that will be within my budget...

Ya cops are kinda picky with tint around here so hopefully i wont get hassled too much with the 18%
