it seriously looks like a small air conditioner, i wonder if anyone has ever done that, reroute their air conditining so that freon could run through hoses in the intercooler and produce ice cold conditions?
Some People Have Done It But To Be Fair Just Co2 Its Easier And No Power Loss Of The Engine Either Providing Your Intercooler Nees It Im Hopin I Wont

Good god that's mostrous. That's nearly double the thickness of the Maxx unit. How are you going to mount this in the car??? I smell some bumper chopping coming up...

Steve doesn't have Air Con so it'll just squeeze in without too much chopping, my Water to Air is 6" diameter so did all the measurements but decided to keep the Air Con hence the bumper chop!

made the top mounts this is for some reason a night mare job dont know why
maybe its the fact im outside with gailforce winds trying to balance a 44lb intercooler in position centraly and make the brackets on my own :3d_frown:
oh well mounted just the bottom ones to do if the rain holds of :1zhelp:

I think I'd be doing something more substantial for the mounts though it's a LOT of weight that's going to have quite heavy G forces acting on it!

well there i was today sat at work bored as it was quiet and i had no customers to sell any cars to
then you start the old next bit of the supra project going round in your head then started thinking about adjusters engine then defiant 7m's engine and finally arrived at a half of an idea on stroking the group a engine now i know how to assemble engines dont get me wrong but stroking is somet i have never looked into if i could have your thoughts on this one gettlemen and ladies (suze)
