It isn't working.........yet. I forgot to order my 2.5" elbow to weld to my housing. I've got it ordered and hopefully it'll be here tuesday or wednesday so I can have it welded on. I've still got a lot to do, but I've halfass'd ordered my parts. It's not like Ihaven't did this before, but somehow I keep forgetting certain parts. I'm still hoping to have it running before the meet, but I was wanting to take it to Blake to get tuned also. Wish me luck.

O yea, also anyone going to this meet has any TEIN wrenches to adjust the ride height, if you could bring those that would kick ass. I is don't have any. :(

ill be there saturday.
is my 67 mercury cougar 351w on spray and a 5 speed legal for the drag racing event?
that car did not come with a 351w but you could get it.
Its a soild rear end car if thats going a problem.
it was also a factory auto car and you could not get 5 speed stock in one

I can't tell you if it is legal for the racing, but I'd sure like to see it! I was raised on the old Mustangs, with 67 being my favorite.

Sorry you can't make it Jason. Sometimes work comes first I guess. I wish I had your priorities.....:sarcasm:

I'm getting really scared of my clutch making it this far. This puts my trip in jeapordy. My back up Altima is currently needing a timing chain. I don't want to leave the family at home carless by taking the wife's Trailblazer, but that is a possibility. If I do that, the Supra keys will be in my pocket for the trip. Nobody knows how to drive a stick in my house but me, and I don't need them teaching themselves with a bad clutch.

Scott, I know a couple of folks are staying with us Friday night. I'm sure I'll be in the kitchen for at least one meal. :icon_bigg

George, I look forward to meeting your "friend".
