you could, my light use to come on when i first started the car (because the overflow was low) and then as the car warmed up then it would go off, just go pour some water in it.

the best and easiest way to test your coolant system is to go to kragens or autozone and rent a coolant pressure tester thing, and then pressureize your coolant system then you can find your leaks.

birdcage light went off.

replaced timing belt and cam seals. someone gauged out my cam shaft (correct?) when they tried to replace the seals earlier in the cars life. they sanded it down so hopefully i get a good seal. i havent leaked oil yet so i should be bueno.

i got it back, had to do some stuff and drove it for ~70 miles before i started hearing a kocking noise.. turns out theres a pinging in my cam shaft.

probably due to the fact that my oil was probably dangerously low. i had been leaking oil all that time and im assuming they forgot to put more/new oil into it..so i drove around with low oil for a while. i remebered it, but it was sporatically, now my cam is pinging :(

they're gonna tear it down on some saturday and take a look at it. They said i may need a new cam shaft, anybody else got any ideas? How much do cam shafts run?

Oh, and it passed BHG test so i have no BHG. Weee!
