Gas Mileage?!?! Am I Alone?

Fuel Inection Performance Kit.
For the record, 350-380 when the fuel light comes on, which is about 3 gallons left of 18.5.

i was getting 21-24MPG in my '87 turbo targa
now since i got a 3 angle valve ground head, 'rebuild' the engine, 12v mod, 2" IC piping, shims.... oh yeah and a O2 sensor that keeps throwing a code[replaced it and keep getting the same code]
now i get 14 at best....i think the killer was the 12v mod

Eriol - I wasn't aware of any Naptown Supra's on here. Good to know. We are having a mini-meet May 6 @ Hooters..(well that's where we'll start). Try to get the word around. That would be great if you know some other Supra guys around there. and when is this next meet, btw?
Jspec: LOL, Hooters is where we've had the past couple of meets. I'll be there... though my Supra might be getting torn down and improved around that time. Are you meeting at the one on US 31?

There are a few around, but it's always hard to get them all together. I think last one we had something like 4 MKIIIs, a MKII, a couple of MKIVs, and an MR2.
I ran into a guy with a 12-second MKIII at IRP once, but I've never seen him at a meet, and as far as I know he isn't on the forums.
My Supra is mechanically sound, it's just not making the power it should... it's probably something that can be fixed without tearing into the engine, but I view it as an excuse to do a nice buildup.

Your friend must be like me and have the gas pedal to the floor and boost turned up all the way all the time....I'm not as bad as I used to be...I average 15.9mpg now...

I'm have been getting between I get about 18 from normal driving but got about 24-25 going to Chi2k6 and back. Which I was very happy with.
