I had a stroker camaro befor the supra and the gas mileage sucked ass sure it was fast but still. At most 8 miles a gal. Had to put gas 2 tomes to get to the track and back.

Typical driving (city, stop go, etc) I get 450km per tank or 16MPG
Lots of highway driving I can get nearly 600km per tank or 21MPG
Track driving or hard driving I am around 380km per tank or 13MPG

Boostedstr8six...i recently replaced my 02 sensor, HKS 3" downpipe and no cat. i think i've just come to the conclusion that this much hp gets shitty gas mileage.

As long as you are not boosting your AFR's should be around 14.7. There is no way you car will get that bad of gas milage unless you boost 90% of the time. Something is wrong. If you ahve no air leaks or error codes I would start by checking your cam gears. Dont trust the marks on them if you have had the head and block decked.

I am running a good sized turbo and 720cc injectors and I get 21mpg (half city half highway).

In my n/a i get close to 20mpg in the city, with good gas, fully inflated tires, and driving like an old lady. On the highway i get about 23-26mpg sometimes better depending on how fast i go. Typically around 75 highway yeilds me with better gas milage.Remember on the highway with 4.30 gear im sitting around 34-3500rpms on the highway.

Something is wrong with your car and/or you have a much heavier foot than I do. I usually get around 20 mpg mixed driving. If I get a bunch of city miles I'll usually get around 17 mpg and my all time best is 28 mpg on a long road trip.

well i honestly dont know whats up...cam gears are good. head check was good. all hoses are tightly fit w/ no holes...i will say just for the record that...its not necessarily that i have a heavy foot..but f*ckin A...they spool so easily! my ct26 is not stock...its had a lot of work done on it as well...so i dont know if your guys' turbo spools this easily...but mine is hellacious. i ALWAYS drive a couple miles over the speed limit(usually cars are passin me)...until somebody just haaaassssss to piss me off..im sure you guys know about that haha. thanks for the feedback guys.

our '90T Auto with 89K that we picked up in rough shape is getting 22mpg in city/highway combined. We live in tampa, we see rush hour, 55mph roads, grid lock... avg traffic... i'm very supprised it's doing so well for only a Spark plug change, air filter and cleaning the IC out. With our new cat-back and this weekend Test pipe mpg should get better. I also need to do the O2 sensor and other stuff. So we are getting well into the 20's driving it easy.

i think my car is a pretty bad mofo and in city is around 10-15 depending on how hard i drive it and then over 24+ on the highway averaging round 80mph.... check your 02 sensor and reset your ecu maybe?

JSPEC....do you have the 'adjustable' cam gears?? If so, they may need some adjustment, as you really need a dyno to set them up properly, for you mods and hp's.

mines pretty bad for turbo supra...250-265 a tank, both city and highway mileage.
If you go 16 gal tank= 15.6-16.56
18 gal tank= 13.51-14.3
stock car ,with k&n fpik only mod.

I just did a long trip and got 28mpg average and even got 32mpg(55mph on this strech) between one fill up( I only let it get down to a half a tank before I filled up)

Also the supra monitor dosn't read for crap. It said I was getting between 3 and 6 mpg the whole way.

I got intake and exhaust with boost controller set to 12psi.

Feel free to send up the BS flag if you like ;) But I'm happy with the results, and so is my wallet. The 32mpg was kind of cheeting. It was comming down out of the Rockies with a 25mph (according to the weather report)tail wind. The roads were icy so I was vary conservitave on the throttle. But the 28 mpg was all interstate miles. I set the cruise control to 70 mph and only stopped for food and gas. The only time the mpg droped low was when I did the Grape Vine Climb at the California border. As far as lean goes I'm not sure but I don't think so, she was running very good. No signs of pulled timming or anything.
