can you explain what has been done to the adapter?

Very simple

the two head bolts on the bottom - we had to drill out the threads on the manifold then screw down the bolts to the flange

the two head bolts on top - we had to drill the threads out of the flange and open it up just enough to where the head bolt would sit flush in the flange (so just the length of the head on the bolt) and then screw them down using the maniold threads

So i'm confused on sizes i need

The three lines are

(Feed) Pump to Res (-6an on the tank)There is this but it says its for -8an so would i just get a braided line that's -8 on one side and -6 on the other? I really no nothing about this stuff. http://store.driftmotion.com/static/i-jzpsfeedadapter-8.php

(Pressure)Pump to Rack (I have this one from DM)

(Return)Rack to Resvior (-10an on the tank) I'm assuming i need the 17x1.5 fitting and again just run a braided line from the -6an to the -10an
