Okay Jordan, I have a Slight recipe that may work for a r154 to last a little longer than a week for you
First get al lthe MC parts
1 retainer plate
1 Thust washer
1 1-2 billet fork
1 3-4 billet fork
After that get the rebuild kit. I went with Cobra Transmision and so did Dutin. $160 for the same stuff you get from DM.

Then you really need to look at your Hub, Sliders, and engement teeth on the gears to see how rounded they are.
Mine were pretty bad, even tho it shifted fine, you want these things as pointy as possible just like the syncros. Luckily I had a friend send me sapre R154 parts, and his sliders, hub, and engament teeth were alot pointier than mine. So I used his. this sound really really help the sliders engange a given gear easier. Easier is better. Missing gears while shifting does a number on the tranny.
Here is why my sliders looked like:
This was one of the best ones, I can grab a photo of the worst ones, which was more rounded
Here are new ones you can buy:

The Gear Oil I went with was the Redline Lightweight Shockproof.
The reason behind it is: Yes MT90 is amazing shit for the R154 as a daily, I just find the shockproof might help us High HP guys.
Plus it's blue which is cool
