I just noticed the thread title change, awesome.

Won't the 272's kill your almost already gone bottom end torque? Between your turbo and the 272's it will be a pig driving around town won't it?

When I was doing the 1j in my 83 I was told 272 and a pt6262 with a .68 ar it would be horrible in city driving, was I told wrong?

The cams where actually a badass birthday gift from my sister.

But they are back ordered so I have to wait till like mid Nov.

I'm just messing with you. Jordan was serious. He literally rebuilt the sandy motor. Speaking of which we hope it'll be ready for pick up tomorrow.

I probably should have just bought I new one but it gave me a reason to throw money on it with aftermarket internals and new headgakset/bearings and oil pump.

I knowing my luck I'd buy another motor that would have needed a rebuild lol.
