Updated pics again today

the silverish color is machined surfaces. We also added a bigger LIPP logo on the back that will serve as a surface for the vacuum ports.

Also notice on the runners we added flats for direct port injection for nitrous on the top and bottom of each runner. Top if you want it seen or bottom for the sleepers

What do you think?

Now you have my interest sparked in buying one from you damn!

Yep, once I get the prototype installed I will be taking a bunch of pics and send it out in the ss newsletter and here.

How do you like the LIPP logo on the back that will have the vacuum ports in it.

Very nice. What throttle body will it be flanged for?

mustang TB bolt pattern and an adapter plate for Q45. You will have an option to use our TB's that will be designed to work with the stock throttle cables.
The FFIM will take up to a 90mm TB

Once I install the prototype in the car I will be able to tell you better on the Battery relocation. If it's needed we will supply an option for it.
I don't think the afm will matter since it's on the other side of the bay and feeds the turbo inlet

I plan on doing a battery relocation anyways. Taking a big heavy part all the way in the front of the (slightly nose heavy) car and moving it all the way to the back sounds like a good idea to me.

Plus, its fun to act dumb if you ever need a jump from someone. I do it with the Miata (factory rear battery)...pop the hood, then go "oh shit, where's my battery?" After a little, I pop the trunk and show the confused on-lookers.

The cruise control has been my big hang up for a FFIM for a long time. If not, IJ supplied some pics of how the rhd cars have it worked into the pedal. Doesn't look too bad, it's just finding one and getting it installed.

If you guys could work out an option, that would be awesome!

Will will most likely retain the MK3 throttle cable. Of coarse that depends on or prototype that will be done next week. We try to keep from using other gen parts as they are not bolt-on. Once I get the prototype done we will have ALOT more answers for you guys.

Battery relocation is a bit of a hassle if you want to race the car.

If you're running the stop AFM the IAC has to get metered air from the accordian pipe in front of the turbo. If the IAC is in an odd spot it's going to be tough to get the air to it...

Safety issues, installing the kill switch cleanly, installing in the hatch cleanly so the targa can still fit, ect...

It's a hassle I'd much rather avoid...

Uhhh..not too big of a deal lol. Just get an Optima sealed battery, a box, a big long thick ass cable, and a safety switch. Simply putting all that crap in the trunk on your way home from buying it installs it!

Say what?

How about the vent from the box?
Or how about if you want to drag race. NOt happening if they have a tech. Same with Auto-x tech or SCCA.

It is not a simple matter of badabing, battery installed in back. Got to actually think that whole thing through to make sure everything is kosher.
