Suprapowaz!

When I ran 98mph I was on 10psi/no intake/stock turbo elbow/stock fuel pump/

In those videos I have

New 3inch inch turbo back
19psi spike
Walbro
APEXI power intake

I also have no need to prove you wrong because i also think I'm not at those power levels but with the mods I have I think I should be.

So on my way to work i decided to test the thing out.

I have brand new kumho ecsta ast 225/50/r16

Started from a first gear at about 25mph didn't lift off the throttle while shifting into second and all I got was a loud chirp from the tires.

This is on 13-15 pSI range whatever the car decides it wants to go too lol.

Codes 41-71 are currently thrown. Is there really a possibility of my ecu being in limp mode?

Running rich as all hell

I'm thinking something has to be seriously wrong if i'm making around 300whp with my setup on 19psi right?
At that point the stock turbo is just blowing hot air. Its hurting power more than making it. I would really look into clearing those codes. You might be in limp mode causing you to run really rich. Also watch running to rich you can wash the rings out and could contaminate the oil so much with fuel that you could spin a bearing, trust me I've seen it.

Not stock turbo. With the turbo I have I've seen people making over 400 on 18+ psi

I'm getting the code fixed in the am when i get off work

Ok my fault I thought this was on the stock turbo. Ya you might wanna look at comp numbers. something is wrong then. What turbo and what size wheels?

It's a ct26 60-1 turbo wheel.

If compression was that bad wouldn't it smoke terribly.

Did a compression test about 3months ago 160-166 across the board

something really is wrong my 60 trim ct26 at 15lbs would blow by 265s up at around 5k rpm in 1st and second. Check your compression.

Well i guess ill do a compression test today :(

Do you guys really think compression could be that bad and show no smoke or blow by??

What is your timing at? When I had a code 41 and installed the new tps, I didn't check my timing again. The tps adjustment changed my timing by almost 12 degrees. I'd fix 41 first and recheck your timing.

It might be not bad enough to the point that you've got smoke yet but bad enough where its affecting performance. Check all the simple/easy stuff that you might of over looked.

Affect a hundred plus HP Performance :-(

I'm doing it all right now new problems have arised

Code 11 is new.

And I reset my codes and everynow and again under boost my car just stops like it hit a brick wall and shoots a flame out the tail pipe then kicks back in.... No code 34 tho.

This seems to happen randomly and just started about a hour ago.

And its running and happening near 10.0 afrs.

Compression check is never a bad idea. If you want a quick idea on if your rings are absolutely shot or not, pull the oil fill cap off when the engine is just idling. If you're getting exhaust gas (aka smoke) coming out of there when you're idling that's definitely not a good sign for rings sealing.

Other than that getting those codes figured out is all I'd be able to think of :(

No smoke when i pull oil cap off.

One of the first things I checked I'm so confused maybe I just have a bad turbo ?? Albert did the rebuild and in no way am I saying he as at fault he does amazing work.

But my housing had a very small crack and I didn't really do a easy break in on it.

That is way to rich. It could of washed your rings out but I doubt it. Definately do a comp test and lean that thing out.

So i found some issue's

1. TPS sensor is bad
2. My throttle body linkage does not hit the stop screw on the throttle body

It gives different readings when everytime the throttle is open and closed anywhere from 115-52 and it should be around 5 correct??

COMPRESSION TEST

1= 163
2= 163
3=160
4=161
5=164
6=166

get your tps fixed, and lean out the mixture to 11s im assuming your wideband does not read under 10? if so who knows how fat you are.

My wideband does not read under 10 it just goes (- - -) when any richer then 10.00 Hmm tps is getting fixed as we speak waiting for part.

What are the odds that my car reall speeds up that much by leaning it out from 10 to 11.5 and fix my tps i don't think i should gain 60+ hp out of that
