I'm the 3rd owner of my SC300.

I have all original service papers since the car was new. Even the window sticker with price and options on the car. It comes in a book about 1in thick.

All the work done on my car was from a dealership, with reciepts to prove it.

The guy I bought it from, The producer from www.imvfilms.com, bought the car to turbo, but he spent all his money making Vehicular Lunatics, and had to sell it.

It's been 2 years since I bought it, but since I purchased the car and did what he originally wanted, I'm still in the little "circle" of people that you see in those movies.

I'm happy the with previous owner of my car... seeing how i got the car, turbo and external WG for 1/2 the price of what i would have paid for the turbo alone. I picked it up because they couldn't get it to run right (the wires on the CPS were hacked up) and they had no idea what they had or how much it was worth.

i do how ever wish they would have taken better care of it so id have less crap to fix. it'll be nice once i get her fixed up :)

who knows... I'm guessing it wasn't running right... so they decided to cut all the wires and swap them up to see if it would help? some were twisted together and 1 was left hanging...

oh well, i saved the supra so its ok now. lol

newest addition... a 1992 factory fuel filter was found on my car last night. then the hard line bolt decided to round out do to my busted up flared wrench. so once again. I'm pissed and trying to figured out how I'm gonna get this old ass fuel filter off. I swear this guy was a complete fool, went through more engines than needed maintenance.

The previous owner was really nice and he may actually be on supramania so i wouldn't want to say anything bad. I know he had a second 89 Supra that he was doing an engine swap with.
BUT, less than a thousand miles after I bought the car, I brought it to a Toyota Dealer with a really bad noise and walked out putting $2700 on my credit card (I only paid $3200 for the car to begin with!). One thing was the power steering and that wasn't his fault, but the other problem according to the mechanic was that when the previous owner installed the timing belt, he didn't put a very important bolt back in its place and it messed things up bad.
Plus the other night I was taking off the gauge cluster, and there were a bunch of empty holes where there were supposed to be screws. Now I seriously wonder how many bolts and screws are missing throughout the car.

Well my black supra the owner kinda took care of it.
MY turbo supra , the owner i got it from was in to initial D and he wanted to make it like the 86 on it, so he started to take the pain off the front and rear bumpers. He got a bhg , He removed every single thing off the head, but not the head it self, he was traying to remove the coolent screws. I wanted to laugh, my dad told me not to. I got the supra for 500. so i can't really say bad things about him.

Thanks man. When I brought it to the dealer the other day they only found a couple hundred dollars worth of repairs: Leaking transmission fluid, the bolt in the differential is loose because the threads are stripped (not just the bolt, but inside the actual differential), and something else they had to order but I can't remember right now.

I was pretty sure the car had a boost leak, and guess what I found....
The previous owner duct taped the hose going to the bottom of the turbo instead of replacing it lol.... brilliant
