I have been ill for about a week now, but today it was time to go outside again.
A car parts store have gone bankrupt so they started a wholesale today.
Everything was half priced.
But for some reason I was the only one with a trolley waiting for the store to open.

I bought a battery box, epoxy primer and brake fluid for the supra.

I also picked up the package from driftmotion :)
It contained everything that I orderd except for the shifter seats, but I will have
to check with my friend who brought into Sweden.
And I got an extra 90deg bend instead for a straight pipe.

Todays shift made a big diffrence in the left rear wheelhouse.
The bigger part of it is repaired.
But there is still alot more to weld.

I continued welding today.
It was time to connect the inner guard with the arch but while cleaning the arch on the inside I found that it was in not so great condition, so I hade to replace some parts of it.
The hours ran away from me so I didnt have time to finish it.

I only had time for a short visit to my supra today.
There were some cutting done to the beam going from side to side in the rear.

I wrote the last exam for the semester this morning.
And what better way to celebrate that then spending a couple of hours with the lathe and finishing the rear subframe bushings.

They will clean out the workshop tomorrow so I won't be able to use the mills and lathes.
I started with make a new turbo to DP flange. The mill is manual and everything today had to
be done in a short time frame. The flange came out ok with a sepperate port for the WG but it's
looking a bit rough. The previous one that I started on before had a combined hole for the outlets.
The work I did in the lathe didnt go so well, when I had done the last step before cutting of the part
I needed to move the tool away from the piece I was working on, but for some strange reason I
turned the wrong wheel and moved the tool towards the piece instead :(
But there is enough material left so I can fix it.

Didnt have much time to spend in the garage today.
All I did was started welding the other side of the beam that is above the rear subframe.

There are no longer any holes in the left rear wheelhouse :)
A little more welding and it's done.

love it, looks like a hardtop too not a targa top. I'm suppose to go to school in september for autobody, I'm hoping to have enough money to throw a body kit on it well I'm their since my clears peeling.

The supra is a diffrent car which lets me set up other goals which makes it easier to do all the work again...but this time it's better.
But neither of my other cars had this much rust and still this is the most expensive one :S

I'm currently making my mazda 626 GC ready to be sold so that takes some time.
My turbo mazda needs some new piston rings so I will change the pistons while I'm there and then up the boost ;)

After that there will be more time spent on the supra.
But I'm currently ordering parts so there will be some updates about that very soon.

I was in my garage the other day where I have my supra just so that I could look at it a little :love:
But I did bring some parts from the garage to my home, so sometime during next week I will start sandblasting brake calipers and other stuff.

I'm thinking about painting the calipers red since the car will remain red.
What do you gays and gals think? Would it look good or would it stand out to much?
The current color is yellow/rust :S

And another paint question.
I will paint the underside of the car with black body paint.
Should I paint the subframes and suspension parts with black or silver paint? or any other suggestion? I will use Hammerite paint on these.
