/\/\ Thats the tranny mount, but... you know how the rubber is melded to the metal brackets that bolt into place. I understand the engine mounts. There's nothing they could do with that, but I thought the tranny mount woulda been possible

Where have you seen these mounts? Are you talking about the solid aluminum BIC mounts? Keep in mind solid aluminum is a lot different from poly urethane

Talking about other mounts made by energy suspension and others.

Energy Suspension has also reengineered quite a few mount styles.

Black? Don't they make them red like for other car?
You can get them in red or black

Because they're a joke and serve no real purpose other than some kiddie ricer/racer wannabe fantasy?

How about they make the car harsh at certain rpm?

Give me a real reason for fitting them?
(solid engine mounts)
They're easy to make. Just gotta cut my round hunk of aluminum to length and drill a hole in the middle. And its cheaper as well

PRetty much. And engine vibration being transmitted to the cabin i could car less about. The cars for track not for comfort.

But get this, i'm being even cheaper! I'm picking up a blown motor Supra for $200, so maybe i'll use his mounts if they're not torn, lol.
Any need an R154, or drive shaft carrier bearing? I'll be partin this one out

to continue this thread hi jack remember the seat rules if you do wheel to wheel racing. if you buy a tube and cloth seat it has to have metal bracketing in the back to support it. so you should just pay up and get a nice bucket set like the sparco pro

I'm just wondering with the ES bushing when you install the control arm bushings is there a metal sleeve(outer shell of old bushing) that has to be pressed out before the es bushings can be installed?
