What stinks is that I'm on call this week so that could mess everything up!

I'm all too familiar with that Ken. Thats why nothing is getting done on my car.

The fittings are great. Those for the oil cooler setup?

were did you order those fittings from for so cheap?

Where did you find those fittings for that good of a price? Are those knock offs?

Nope, they're not knock off's. Here's the story...

I found out that there is a supplier of “un-official” Russell Fittings. AND they are offered at a fraction of the price as the official Russell Fittings.

The story is that the two owners of Russell Fittings parted ways. One owner kept the Russell name and moved the "Russell" company to California. The second owner moved to Florida and opened his own company and that’s where these fittings are coming from.

The below supplier is where you can get these substantially low cost, “un-official” Russell Fittings. The picture I posted shows that they are VERY well made. No cheap pot metal.

Yeah, the only time I like the "On-Call" stuff is when the paycheck arrives! :)

Yep, that's the last of what I need. It's all about getting the time to finish her up now.

They also have an ebay store. It's called: getfast1

Speaking of fittings......ARGHHHHHH.....now I have to order to 90* fittings. When I switched to the Aeroquip hose, it's not as pliable as the stuff I used in my first run at this so now I have clearance issues. This is SOOOOO frustrating!!!!

Ok. SIGH...SIgh...Sigh...sigh... I'm done ranting... :)

I hear that. It sure is nice. Unfortunately and fortunately I'm on-call 24/7 all the time. My bb is like an appendage.

Good luck with the rest. Looking forward to some more pics and possibly some vids! ;)

Well, the two 90*s did it. I was able to get the whole oil system buttoned up. Woo Hoo!!!

Then I installed some edge insulation to insure radiator isolation from stray currents.

Of course the Rad was next to be installed.

Next, I installed the N/A Power Steering Res. Compliments of David. Thx again David! :)

And here's where I left it for the evening...

Don't feel bad about having to order different fittings. I just finished up my oiling system and I had to place 3 different orders to get all the correct ones I needed!

What oil filter - size are you going to be going with?

I'm glad I'm not the only one. ;)

I haven't decided on the filter size yet; but, I was thinking along the lines of a PH8A. That may be too big; but, I want to fit the biggest one I can in there.

What about you?
