Almost ready...
Car was fired up the other day to test the redone wiring harness. Harness was pulled out again to wrap it up. Finally this POS is almost ready.

Car is finally almost done. Here is a pic of the cut off from the retrofitted headlights
It is the new 6000K bulbs on the left and old 4300k on the right

looks clean details on what projectors used and if radiator mount had to be modified to fit them?
They are Infiniti FX projectors. As for trimming the radiator support I am not sure. I do know a bit of trimming was done but I am not sure where it was because my friend put the lights in.

My friend was redoing the fuel system and look what he found in the fuel tank...

how much work had to be done to the Getrag shifter tripod to make it pass thru the stock MK3 shifter hole?
The shifter triangle has to be cut shorter. Ours was actually cut a bit too short so we had to cut the shifter hole a bit larger. If it is properly cut, it can fit in the stock shifter location.
Last I heard there are still wiring bugs being sorted out. Slow progress because the car was put on the back burner. Hope it is done sooner then later. It is soooooooo close to done but I still don't even know when it will hit the road.
Finally back running. Not done though. Drove it around the block with the 6-speed and it feels great! It is making 700whp which is not bad for a street car lol.
Had to do some work in the back since it was rubbing slightly. Still not sure how I got these wheels to fit.
I'll try and give some more updates if I can.
