Blue CC Temp Display!

I'm waiting on the first CC I'm putting one in. I suspect it'll be here this week. I will let you know how it turns out, but it may not until next week or so that i'll be able to get pictures.

sorry to revive an old thread but i would like to know more about converting the color of the cc Temp Display to blue...

like who can do it... how much? i will send out my control.. etc...

This has been covered in a few other threads... sorry, this one slipped under the radar.

The pin-compatible display element Kai found works quite well. I've done several conversions with their parts (a couple different colors).

I'm no longer doing this this mod for others though.

One of my friend's did somethign like that for mine, except the temp led.
Looks good.

Pull out the green plastic on your temp indicator, find some red transparancy of some kind and you're set.

The stock display itself emits a greenish cast, putting a red filter over it really dims it. Just do it right and buy a red dual 7 segment display.... I've got a few around here, I think, lemme see if I can find one.

RED (GAALAS, higher intensity, slightly deeper tone): DA04-11SRWA
RED: DA04-11EWA
YELLOW: DA04-11YWA
