I made my own 3inch intake pipe and sold them for a short time. Didn't have much interest even though mine was 1/2 the cost.

I'm still using mine, looks and works great!

you should check it out. I didnt really notice until i did a pressure test. Right when i applied pressure to it it was leaking at the turbo and afm. The worm clamps broke before they would seal

I'm sorry, after further thought I did have to use a bigger clamp on the lex side.

Sorry for the mis-info guys.

Cool starts the bid at 99 cents on ebay. Which is funny because people on ebay wait until the LAST minute to bid to get it cheap but with their products it flies up to 100 dollars with 6 days left on the bid. Little exageration but its for the most part true.

The only problem I have with a part like this is that the intake tract is something that any performance enthusiast will want to muck with a fair bit. Take me, for instance - I bought a new accordian hose, then wanted to mount 2 BOVs, then switched to a MAFT basic, then switched to a MAFT PRO running a MAP sensor. So, I went from 4 connections to 5 to 2, and I could drop those if I wished. Further, I went from a pipe designed for the stock AFM to one that just fits a filter.

The price he's charging for these is very reasonable when you consider how much work goes into them... however, personally I'd rather have just a straight pipe with a 45 bend in one end. I'll get someone to weld this up for me soon.
