I managed to order a few more parts for the exhaust side:

-Borg Warner s360 aka 83-75 with a .88 A/R open T4
-ebay open t4 cast manifold
-Precision 46mm wastegate
-Tial Q bov with 11psi spring
-Boost Lab v-band kit Marmon flange to 3"
-3" 304 stainless steel u-j bend tubing to make downpipe/ 3" flex pipe

The exhaust mani got ported to match the treadstone 38mm to 44 wastegate adapter Thanks to SuspectSupra, also got it sent out along with the turbo backhousing to get ceramaic coated:

Was able to find a molded heater hose to loop the rear of the 2jz heater inlet and outlets. Gates Part# 19193

Also got to drill and tap an 1/8 npt elbow to 1/4 barb fitting for a more direct boost reference to the wastegate.
-1/8 27 tap
-21/64" drill bit

More updates coming soon.... :icon_razz

Then this happened

Went ahead and removed the condenser, evaporator and the lines to get it flushed. Replaced all the seals, expansion valve, receiver drier and replaced the condenser with a parallel flow.

Got to replace the bearing for the a/c clutch and added oil to the compressor. Connected all the lines and pulled a vacuum, so far no leaks.

ex mani got installed with the precision wastegate

Harness was getting the final touches

Turbo got clocked and installing oil feed and drain

For the clutch setup i went with:
-oem jz to r154 flywheel
-act 6 puck sprung clutch disc
-Action stage 3 2800lbs pressure plate
-oem bearings
-arp flywheel bolts

Today the engine got new spark plugs, oil added, valve covers installed and sealed. Just waiting to get dropped in hopefully by the end of this week.

I love the fact that this thread is still titled "N/A DD Build".

Looks clean! I'm a big fan of keeping A/C with a JZ swap, mine hasn't been charged yet but I'm hoping everything works out nicely this coming spring when I get it charged.
