Im confused...

So the silver car that ran at IFO a few weeks ago burned up? or is that a totally different car unrelated to his thread?

Glad you weighed it. I tried to tell people the sound deadening was right around 100 lbs. And I think the 89+ cars have even more sound deadening. Looking good!

I'd be interested in how u mount the cam pickup. I'm thinking about replacing one of the titan cam gear bolts with a magnetic head and machining a bracket to hold the pickup near the cam gear. Also I am pretty sure you can setup the haltech with just the cam pickup.

Nevermind....I was thinking about the stock cam sensor on the 7m since it has tdc signal it doesn't need the crank trigger.

Ya it shocked me as well. I'm taking it home to verify on another scale.

Cam will be on the head. I had to delete my cps which is why I need pickups.

Yea...There's always something that's gotta go with ridiculous turbos. When I get around to it I think I'll be trying to wire the stock cps and see how that performs since I will have room for mine and it's a whole lot easier to deal with. Crank trigger seems like a nightmare on the ati damper because I'll be using the optional ring because I like my a/c.

As far as the sound deadening...I was gonna pull it all out and do dynamat everywhere...it's much lighter than the stock lead slabs.

IMO everyone should go aftermarket pic ups compared 25 year old cracked stuff.

Ati can drill there shell and put magnets in instead of using the front bolt on style. That's what i will be using. As far as I know it doesn't bolt on who knows.

This is what I suggested to Steven. Pretty sure I can pull it off easily.
Just need to drill and install a magnetic steel tab into the aluminum pulley
