I am presently going through the same decision making. My only problem is that I have cams , 3angle valve job, headgasket, and studs already in my 7m and well at this point is it worth doing the swap. I believe I have a slight rod knock have'nt quiet dignosed it yet. It is maintaince caused so no done talking the aged old problem it was my fault.
