One thing. Get some pre bent 180 degree pipes for future manifolds. I don't know if it was supposed to be a joke but that thing is horrible. I just looked at the thread today so pardon me if the pics I just looked at are not representative of the real manifold. :1zhelp:

That manifold was made in one night after work with under $20 total in parts, the real one will be nice stainless mandrel bends and stainless flanges made by a professional.

In that context it looks great! I do like the routing and the welding looks pretty decent for the machine you used (I have one of those myself). Even though I'm not one of those 1JZ types :greddy: I like the idea of a CT26 replacing the stockers. ;) Hmmm....fuel for the 7M vs 1J show. Which will do better with the CT-26....the Torque Monster 7M or the string cheese one jay

:biglaugh: Thanks man, I'm no pro at welding but it was lot easier to make one and then have it coppied the way I wanted then to try to explain it to someone else.

Yeah id just be interested to see how a 1Jz with a ct26 can match up to a tt 1Jz (comparable mods) on the dyno . Id like to see how much it changes the power band and overall numbers.

+1 for aaron for making this thing! Even though im not 1J...

Well...crap! You are going to make it very diffacult for me to decide on an engine now! My 7M is pretty tired. If this project proves out, I think I'll be getting a big parcel from Japan!:icon_razz The ball bearing option upgraded CT could be very wicked on the 1J!!!:evil2: Keep up the good work Aaron!:bigthumb:

And don't forget, the Boss turbos from Supra Sport with this manifold could bolt right up to a 1j! I was looking at their Boss turbos in Vegas and they are very high quality!

Yeah, that's right! I was drooling over Malloynx's that he was trying to sell. I see why he changed his mind!:icon_razz Does the Boss have the same outlet as the CT, or would you need a different dp?
