I found a bunch of air hoses on mine that were all taped together and cracked. It was idling at that rpm too ever since I got it. Hopefully replacing them will solve the problem.

The injectors all get 12V when the key is turned on from the EFI relay. The ECU just grounds them out. The AFM actually acts as a switch for the Fuel Pump Relay. Turns it on and off.

1 fan runs around 10 amp, 2 fan 20 amp. 3 fan 30 amp. To be safe a 40amp relay should work. But no guarantees since im looking at an aftermarket electric fan.
