88 OEm Cooling Fan relay size???

i have an 1988 supra turbo and from some reason my car came with one radiator fan arent the turbo models supposed to come with 2 radiator fans? if so how many amps is the fan relay for the 2 radiator fans ?

Technically they come with 3 radiator fans. That goes for N/A too.

Big clutch fan, 2 aux. fans

86.5-88'S CAME WITH 1 clutch fan and 1 aux fan on rad.

89-92 came with 1 clutch & 2 aux on rad

Some models have a 3rd aux fan right by the condensor/ic.

the techs at toyota said that i can put any size relay for my fans but i dont believe them//i believe it has to be the exact amperage

Lol wtf where is the damm relay located for the damm radiator fans.

1 fan runs around 10 amp, 2 fan 20 amp. 3 fan 30 amp. To be safe a 40amp relay should work. But no guarantees since im looking at an aftermarket electric fan.

I believe the fan relay is wired into the engine's fuse box.
Look at the diagram on its cover.
