ah i see. The thing that threw me off was I told him that I thougth the stock specs werent tight enough. He told me some other reason...Didnt know what to say, cause he works at toyota, as a mechanic. haha
Im comsidering buying another supra, with a "new" 7M dropped in about 3 months ago.
Now the owner is a toyota mechanic, and he torqued the head bolts down to factory specs on a factory head gasket, would it be wise to torque them up to 70 (thats what ive been seeing)?
^^theres no problem with that thoug right? doesnt everything just bolt up..?
Oh and we didnt have to drill a hole for the dipstick. i think what might have happened was they just put the oil pan from the cressida??
me and my dad bought a new engine and tried to drop it into my 91 turbo, but the oil pan would hit the bar that goes across between the tires. is the oil pan different be tween the years or are we not doin sumthin right? Because i also noticed that the drain plug was on the different side than...
Ok i had put the new speakers in but I dont think the wiring is right.. The alpines have 5 of those thing that you connect the speaker wires to and um i think my dad just geuss on it haha..sound comes out but there is absolutly no bass and if i put the balance to the front its still to quiet...
I was just wonderin wat the sizes of the speakers on a 91 supra is.. i got 6 speakers. I tried lookin and is says 4 inches where ever i search but on here on sf is says the fronts are 6.5?
