I am getting what sounds like an electrical ticking sound on my 7M-GE. the sound is comming from around the fuel rail area. I can't quite pinpoint the location. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

I was wondering if the ebay gasket sets are any good. I've heard good things about EVERGREEN/NAKAMOTO, but wondered if any has had any problems with there head gaskets? or suggest anyone else?
I had the same sound for about 3000 miles... then one day it got really loud... try and pull the spark plugs and if it goes away when you pull one of the cyclinders you will instantly know... I did and it lead me to the conclusion :(
