I think the actual shock is the same on both. I would go with K-sport since the megan's are stupid stuff. But both should be good. I haven't really heard bad things about either, besides not being able to get low enough but that shouldn't be an issue for most people.

That is way too much tire for the rear. It will be close or even passed the fender. Fronts will fit easy though with just a roll.
