^ Yup very important. My HA's are have the same rates like the Flex's and they are just about perfect for street use and mild track. My my new coils will have a 14k front and depending on how the rear feel with 10k (what it comes with) I might put in 12k.
For the stance I wanted I have to stretch the tire. I am not really into it but it gives me the look I want so I had to do it. Right now this stretch is not too extreme, I didn't need to use any extra tools to make it bead like the first set.
For the rear it is lower arms. If you want low look at other coilovers. I have Tein HA and they get me low but I want a little lower which is why I just bought Stance coilovers.
