so an ideal situation with egt probes would be to put one probe in each runner? thus u know all cylinders? or do you want an average by putting the probe in the collector?

does anyone know how the ecu on a 7m nows how much fuel to give during idle? like...does the ecu take readings from the O2 sensor too? or just the AFM? thanks

your probably right about A/F not effecting EGTs. but i did notice that when i was running pig rich (9:1) my egts never went above 1000 F. but when i leaned it out to 11:1 the EGTs went up. now that could be due to timing but i have no idea. all i know is that my base timing is at 10 deg...

well the thing is, i am logging data. i get a knock voltage reading during boost. But no check engine light. the the max knock voltage was 1.9 V. Average was 0.52 V. I was thinking, if the knock sensors are giving out a voltage then shouldn't the ecu do something about it? Or is there a...
