See that blue connector there on the right side there? its on the body udner the strut tower. Your's may be a Grey connector even. or black.

Very true. The AFC, has a built in ECU and keeps memory, even if there is no energy going to it. Just drive it, and also check nothign came disconnected in the car, check all vacuum lines.
