Thanks man, I got the tanks at a local "hot-rod" shop. But I think I have seen them on ebay from time to time, you might also look at Summitracing.com.
Depends on the brand I think, the Ground Controls I got for my BMW came with them, and I'm using GC camber plates (adjustable pillow ball mounts) on the bimmer.
Yeah, that would work, it looks like it uses AN fittings, so you would have to make custom lines, I would look for one with "barb" fittings, thats what mine are. Here is a pic of mine, the one by the fender is for the PS. You can see more pics in my build thread.
The spring should have a "cup" that it sits in. I'll try to find a pic.

It won't go up if you don't claim it, If everyone agrees it was her fault, everyone should make her pay for the damages. If she is not willing to do that I would go have a long talk with her parents.
It's called the "PS Idle Up" It allows a little more air into the intake while turning in parking lots and what not, so the engine doesn't bog down.
