Depends on the dremel cutting wheel. There is a small mini cutting disk thats about 2" they are carbide which will tend to last a lot longer then the little 1" sand disc.

There is maybe another possible solution. Such as take one of the vacume lines or a spare vacume ports and simpley add a pwm soleniod with a filter fitted on it to atmosphere
