I don't think you would have to scrub it, I've cleaned filters with that K&N cleaner, let it set for a while with the cleaner on it, then rinse it out in the sink from the inside of the filter, works great.

Man, I feel sooo bad for you, Time to build a concrete fort around your house to protect it from your neighbors dumb ass. I'm very glad she didn't run into somewhere that you and your family was, that could have been really bad.
No problem, just didn't want anyone getting confused, seeing as we just had that thread on proper water to coolant mix. :biglaugh:

Another thing I think could lead to problems is, not primming your oiling system after doing an oil and filter change. When I change out my filter (just did one tonight BTW) I fill it about half way or more with oil and then install it (GTE), I then prime it, it still took about 20 sec to see...
