Well I would be willing to bet that you snapped the wires for the CPS. The wires are old and brittle, you probably had a wire that was just going out, but from moving them you more than likely have totally broken the wires. So you will either need to rewire your CPS, or find one that works from...
Did you adjust it? BTW, I started mine once with out the TPS plugged in. It ran, just idled high. So if it's not starting/running, I think you have more problems than just the TPS.
I run about a 1/4 to 1/2 quart over on purpose
EDIT: Also go to toyota and order a new dip stick, mine cost $14 and it is WAY better than the stock one.
For the level, mine has a level indicator on it. As long as you have the reservoir with plenty of ATF in it, it will be fine.
Filters, does the stock one have a filter?
If you want to do that I would suggest going with the N/A res. , like blu87sup said. It will work better (mount better). But then again, you could make the one you have work, it's just a matter of fabbing up a bracket.
Yeah Shaeff, I used basically the same, I forget the name of it, but it was some real good gluey type stuff. I could sleep on it and everything (no fun BTW) But it would never fully wash out, so when I cut them off, I had these little Eiffel tower momentos :biglaugh:
 I have no clue what Kurt is talking about........
JK, I used a universal PS reservoir from a local hotrod shop, you can probably find one on ebay or at summit. You can see pics of my set up in my build thread. The plumbing just consists of the large hose that goes to the pump...
Um......we just had a thread on this like 2 days ago. Do a search, and it should be one of the first on the list.
(it is still on this first page of threads................here is a link http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14017
