The twins can handle decent power there limitation is Flow, EGTs ceramic wheel blow above ~1100-1200 ? I may be wrong to be safe i would do the best you can at 1bar and 440s after 1 bar you need major upgrades to fuel (top feed rail 500+cc injectors standalone ecu exhaust fuel lines aeromotive...
My ECUs rev limitation was ~8100 the needle would bounce on it as long as you hold the throttle open. its not miss shift inertia BS. Maybe there is factory ecus that do this.

Jaws gear asked for measurments just to be sure it would fit! im a KISS guy or lazy 1 of the 2 I told them to use the factory oem turbo length.
The 1JZ R154 mount is the same in the 7mgte R154 the body is mostly the same so the mount holes are the same the Auto/manuel NA/turbo...
The Factory ECU from my 1JZ clip (I sold ecu to aaron DM) REVed to 8000-8100RPMS I dont know if the factory EPROM was hacked? but no mines/Sard/Blitz sticker on it Didnt look like there was a tech tom board or any rom board for that matter added into it either. Since 99% of the toyota tuned...
If they are both seriously that cheap buy both use the 1JZ engine mounts & 5speed unless you could find a 3.25 LSD go 6speed but those both complete for that price they are prob. HOT:evil5:
I dont think you could even buy a stolen supra for less then 7K$
the diffs are the same dimensions auto/manuel lsd/open, you can swap them with out needing a different driveshaft the dimensions are the same as OEM toyota turbo (7MGTE) with R154 MA70 body when i ordered mine from jaws gear it fit perfect as the factory oem replacment measurement
If you have fuel & your coil packs & have 12vdc then pull out one of your coils with a test spark plug connected to the coil & the coil still hooked up see that you visually have spark if you have no spark its two reasons no timming even from crank or cam sensor or your ignitor module between...

Have you considered custom half shafts & mounting the better MKIV 9"
It can handle more power and is factory the right gear ratio. You know the drive shaft will be a custom as it is.
