More likely that your cam cover gaskets are leaking. However, get that PCV fixed, as if it's blocked off, that can cause oil seals to leak.

Either use an impact driver (it's a screwdriver that you hit, and the force keeps the bite and twists the screws out. They're fantastic and cheap), or use easy outs, which are drill bits with reverse cut teeth on them to both drill into, and remove stripped out screws.
