Anyone have a deep sounding but quiet N/A?

I run a Pacesetter catback with a Catco hi-flow cat. It actually sounds really good. It's a little deeper than stock at idle and very mellow at 3k with a slight rumble. It bolted up a lot better than I was expecting with a cheap exhaust kit, too.

    What?!

Uh, teflon tape? How bad is it leaking? If it's a small leak teflon will seal it up no ploblem. Or you can get a copper crush washer.

Q & A: MAFT Pro + 7M-GE - POST ALL QUESTIONS, COMMENTS AND PROBLEMS HERE!

Don't forget to add moving the jumper to the "on" position to your write-up CRE. I'm not entirely clear on what the prescaler thingy does but I do know the car runs horribly with it on the wrong setting. As of 1 hour ago I now have MAFT Pro successfully installed and running on my NA. All I...

LOL run your car on water!

The idea behind this actually has some merit but I doubt 3-5 amps would provide enough usable gas to make a difference.

For all their quirks I still think digital dashes are pretty cool. Just so long as it doesn't talk to you like the Z31's bitching Betty.

Matt's break it 'til it works thread

Let's see, where was I. Ok, so I had by that time added several bolt-ons to little effect. The K&N FIPK and 2.5 in mandrel bent exhaust helped low end power a bit but the motor was still choked from 4k RPM on up. So I bought some brand new BC 264 cams and dropped them in. The car then pulled...

Matt's break it 'til it works thread

I'm curious myself. Once I get this MAFT set up functioning and tuned I'll get it dynoed. I'm shooting for 250 RWHP but I may be past that. The trick is getting MAFT to work:3d_frown:

Matt's break it 'til it works thread

I'll take some pics in a bit so don't go getting your panties in a knot just yet! I am the proud owner of a thoroughly trashed 87 NA. I found it completely by accident in, of all places, my soon-to-be father-in-law's backyard. I was shooting pool with her brother when I happened to look out...

    What now???

Couple months back at Willow Springs we had a three legged dog wander onto the track during a practice session. That damn dog outran three course marshalls and a guy in a Tacoma. We never did catch it.
