AEM, Much better, I know its alot of money but if your gonna do it, do it right, plus you can run any size injector you want & the AEM will control it with out a problem.

My car made so much more power cause i have a AEM ems, with the stock ecu( it was crapping on itself) It made 260 hp.... Now with the AEM, on a base map at 10 psi it made 322hp at the wheels, I did talk to Sound performance & ask about the other guys car, the other guys car his 1jz seems to be...

It made 35hp more at the wheels, this was done on a mustang dyno.

I can vouch for that, I have the Y pipe & dp install in my car, did it make a diff??? YES!!! there is another MKIII with a 1jz here in chicago that has the same mods as me expect the Y pipe & i made more power, all the tuning was done by Sound performance on both cars.

Use the 1jz mounts, i believe that's what you need, feel free to correct me if i am wrong, thank you.

You my friend might have a bad ecu, or a bad isc, on the HKS bov, they stop making the adjustable awhile ago, people kept losing the bolt lol.
