I'm with aaron on this one, you guys are being dumb at best. I've ran aluminum pullies on lots of vehicles with 0 issues, and i know a lot of other people with the same experience.

I just used the long belt as a strap wrench by looping it around the crank pulley, folding one part of the belt under the loop and wrap the remaining belt around the ac pulley. I did this with the old belt to remove and install the pulley bolt. I'll post pics later if anyone is confused.

I actually checked it in several locations. I also was using the setting that takes the largest sample. I could have probably gotten a 0 or 1 ra if I set it to the small sample mode.

My car is doing the exact same thing too. I've replaced the pump, the rack 2x, and I've even tried a different resevior. I even replaced all of the lines including the high pressure line with the kit from driftmotion. what gives?
