use the electronics from your old engine on the new one, along with a few of the sensors on the waterneck as the connectors changed... it SHOULD start up then
also make sure the ECU grounds on the intake manifold are hooked up and the start is in fact in the proper position so the drive gear...
Update... getting closer! CPS is installed, just need to either find my bottle of liquid thread sealant or buy more so that I can redo the NPT fittings in the oil system... the teflon tape lets shit leak by, it's terrible.

awesome. yeah 300 isn't bad. for 600 bucks I'll have a hard hitting, high hp capable, quick spooling turbo. when I add FFIM, head work, built bottom end with raised compression, T4 manifold w/ SP QSV, it should be super quick spool
what refrigerant did you charge the system with, and how much? what are the outlet temperatures like at the duct farthest from the blower (driver side left of steering wheel), and what type of thermometer are you using to check the temps?
