I used a hand vacum and it won't open with that I have noticed that air is leaking out of the adjustment screw so I will try teflon taping it and see if that works

I tried stock, I tried the line going from back of intake manifold, and brake booster line

screw is as loose as it gets, another reason i believe it failed is that the adjustment does not make much of a difference when I manually push the valve open and closed

no boost leaks, line was stock, also tried the same my map sensor uses off the brake booster

check the ground on the intake manifold then in the diagnostics box run a paper clip from b+ to FP you should hear your fuel pump run, if not you have no power to the ECU and i'd be willing to bet it is a ground, most likely the intake manifold one
