    my stock blew at 10 psi after 2 days, it would open under boost and cause compressor surge when it should have been open when the throttle closed I now have the HKS kit that replaces the plastic pipe and goes to the 3000 pipe, and vent to atmosphere I'm happy :)

    screw is as loose as it gets, another reason i believe it failed is that the adjustment does not make much of a difference when I manually push the valve open and closed

    check the ground on the intake manifold then in the diagnostics box run a paper clip from b+ to FP you should hear your fuel pump run, if not you have no power to the ECU and i'd be willing to bet it is a ground, most likely the intake manifold one
