    I started working on the harness... cleaning it up make it look a lil better than before..., compressor housing got modded to fit our tight space in the MKIIII engine bay.

    In a few weeks it should be done, I just don't have time to finish it, this car has never touched winter so i will probably will get it tuned & store it again.

    ^^^That will hold alot of power, talking to SP they believe that the 1Jz rods can hold more power than the 2jz rods, pistons are made if the same material if i remember correctly, you will be fine, after i reach my goal of 700-800hp at SP mustang dyno i will start saving for a better long block...

    I worked my ass off, save save, people have told me I should have bought a MKIV but i love my MKIII. With the money I have dumped in the past I could have bought a nice Mkiv.

    The head is built for that rpm but the short block wont last too long at 10k. But i believe i should have more than enough power under 8.5k

    I bought the toyota SST fuk that... Not even the Impact gun was doing it's job & I used my buddys SNAP-ON impacts...

    My Buddy & I never had issues with the dampner, I wonder if its cause we run AEM ems, Question, Are you guys running stock injectors? I was running 550cc from a MKIV with the resistor pack & of course tuned by the AEM....
