For any engine I build or rebuild, I prefer ARP hardware. It's a peace of mind kind of thing. Sure, it may be overkill, but at least I have that reassurance.

I'd go with a divorced downpipe that get's recirculated back into the exhaust stream. The turbo will spool faster than with a bellmouth style downpipe, but will be quieter than an open dump. Open dump = cop magnet.
