pull the plugs and check for coolant. water/coolant is a non-compressable liquid. it also doesn't burn off very well if there's a lot of it. I didn't see you specify what type of head gasket you have on there.

what catch can are you running? Did you fab that up yourself? It looks awesome man! I plan on hacking up one of my spare manifolds I have here and making one for myself as well. Probably will do it with the N/A manifold I have. Did you gasket match the upper and lower runners for better flow?

tighten the bolt on the lower shock mount, but don't torque it to spec. mount the wheel, tighten the lugs. remove from the jack stands and set the car back on it's own weight. push down on the rear of the vehicle on the side that you're working on a few times to let everything set. jack car up...
