    Suspension Bushings

    Any poly bushing is going to be noisy unless you properly grease it. To make it better, make them serviceable. Drill a hold in a convenient location on the bushing's outer race, tap it, and fit a grease nipple. Grease them every oil change or every other. No noise.

    It's not a good idea to run without a crash bar in front. You could modify it to fit the 4" I/C, but don't run without one... Also, the Koyo rad is thicker than the stocker by a little bit...

    the diff solid mounts to the rear subframe. check for cracks. also check the pinion gear free play, it's possible that you have excessive backlash in your differential's ring and pinion and can be causing said clunking.
